Shipping

Domestic shipping is free. All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. 

Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes 10-25 business days. Please email support@shoppurajewels.com with any questions. Our team will reply to you within 48 hours.

International packages typically arrive within 7-60 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 80 days. 

Once your package has left the USA, we are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply. Please research your country if they charge extra customs fees or any other fees. Thank you! 

If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping status, tracking information, or general whereabouts of your package please email support@shoppurajewels.com with your order number.

We ship from our partnered factories located in China and United States. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD though!

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your shipping method chosen has tracking). You can also track your order by visiting here and entrering your email and order number

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email support@shoppurajewels.com with any questions or concerns.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $6.75 USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

Pura Jewels is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you had provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

If your package is lost in transit (which is very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance.

Returns

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.

Pura Jewels does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).Note: Pura Jewels will not be held liable to anylostor misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us within 24 for hours if you would like to cancel a order. Otherwise, you will receive e a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.
